PURPOSE
To provide intensive education programs and services for students with disabilities, professional development to educators, related services to students with disabilities in member and non-member districts, and other high quality, cost-effective services to meet the changing needs of member districts.
OBJECTIVES
- To improve the academic achievement of students with low-incidence disabilities in the least restrictive environment.
- To offer a variety of quality professional development opportunities to general and special education teachers, administrators and related service providers.
- To provide all programs and services in a cost-effective, value-added and sustainable manner.
