SCEC Services
The Consultant division of South Coast Educational Collaborative offers comprehensive therapeutic services to children ages 3 to 21. All services are provided as outlined in the student's IEP and are designed to support students within their educational setting. Therapists work closely with the student's educational team and family to provide integrated and supportive services. Services provided by the Consultant program include:
- Occupational therapy
- Physical therapy
- Speech Language therapy
- Adaptive physical education
- Educational services for the visually impaired
- Assistive technology
The Consultant staff consists of highly-qualified therapists and itinerant teachers. SCEC therapists provide services to students in SCEC programs, as well as to students in the district public schools throughout our region. All therapists are licensed and/or certified in accordance with national, state, and Department of Education regulations.
